Do we need to be gamers?
Nope. This is for culture-building, not esports purists. Your team just needs to be curious.
Can we include remote staff?
Absolutely. Every part of this is remote-first — from scheduling to shoutcasting.
Can we field a team across departments?
Definitely. We encourage cross-functional squads. We’ve also included a couple of options for individuals.
Can I enter without a full team?
Yes! We’re going to build a pool of solo players to help create cover for those moments in life where a project takes priority or childcare falls through (for some). If you’re a solo player, Collegiate Series Alumni we’ll help match you with a squad to fill the gap. There’s room for everyone.
Can this be expensed as team-building, L&D or wellbeing?
It’s all three. With real ROI in smiles, engagement and internal buzz.
Whether your team is in-office, hybrid, or fully remote - this format works.Weekly games, flexible scheduling, fully managed communications, live broadcasts and a real in-person finals if you go all the way.
Oh, and we partner with Play Aid - a non-profit using play to support mental health. So yes, this counts as a wellbeing initiative too.
