Do we need a full team?
Nope. You can register solo or as a duo — we’ll help fill the rest.
Can we register multiple teams by department?
Yes — send squads from narrative, engineering, marketing, QA, or even different games.
Can this help with culture and retention?
That’s the idea. It’s fun, flexible, and designed to celebrate what makes game studios special.
Can we involve graduates and interns?
Absolutely. It’s a great way to onboard or energise new hires. We can event scout potential talent for you within our Ireland Esports Collegiate Series network of alumni!
Can we get reporting or participation stats?
Yes — we can share basic insights on match outcomes and engagement.
From Triple-A publishing teams, Indie studios and solo developers to narrative designers, UX, QA, marketing, product specialists. And of course IMIRT members across the island of Ireland.
Not a pro player? Doesn’t matter.
This is about studio pride, team play and shared culture.
