Who can play in Office Showdown?
Anyone based in Ireland (North or South) who’s representing a company, organisation, startup, or entering as an approved alumni wildcard. Built for both males and females. Mixed-skill teams welcome.
How are matches scheduled?
Matches are played remotely and scheduled weekly. Captains arrange a time with their opponent that fits around the team’s work week. It’s designed to flex with your job, not clash with it.
Do I need to be good at games to join?
Not at all. Some players are veterans — others are joining their first ever tournament. As long as your squad shows up and gives it a go, you’re in the right place.
Can I enter without a full team?
Yes! If you’re a solo player, alumni wildcard, or missing a teammate, we’ll help match you with a squad or fill the gap. There’s room for everyone.
What is the format of the tournaments?
Office Showdown hosts two annual tournaments, one in Spring (March to May) and one in Winter (September to November). Each tournament spans 8 weeks with games scheduled weekly, culminating in an in-person LAN finals event.
Workplace culture starts with connection — this is where it gets fun.
Join the league that’s built for how we play and work now.
